I can understand that you weren't sure about posting them with the original story, but this is a PERFECT continuation and I am SO EXTREMELY grateful you wrote and shared it! Your writing is still amazing, and the first scene of Donna and Harvey reminiscing about the years of grieve and comforting each other; so heartbreakingly beautiful! How Donna knew that Harvey never forgot because of his little gestures. *cryemoji* "It's a multitude of mutual apologies encased in healing and comfort" You have such a beautiful way with words! And no matter how much I love how you write the hurt and comfort, the fear and hope with the second pregnancy is just as beautiful. I love how you write their dialogues, it feels so true to their characters as they say more with looks and in silence as they say with words. And it's not easy to get it right! I will be honest, the start of the second chapter with Harvey and his little girl? I died. I'm a mess, it's utter perfection! So you're also great with fluff, huh? I was tearing up at Harvey's words and the pictures you created in my mind and then Donna comes in and makes the comment about the baby monitor and hahahaha! ALL THE FEELS! "It's my night. You've had the last three." JAHAHDSJF PLEASE! Girl, I could quote the entire fic cause I love it so much! PLEASE WRITE MORE! And thank you so much for starting to write Darvey! |
