Reviews for Do You Believe in Magic?
I Love Abby chapter 12 . 4/17
This is so good. I love Abby a lot. I am glad you gave her a family. Thankyou for writing.
Too confusing chapter 5 . 4/5
I am trying to follow the story but all these useless characters makes it difficult. I give up
Daisyangel chapter 15 . 3/4
I love this universe. I've read most of it before but re-read all of it over the last week. I hope you will continue the universe.
Guest chapter 3 . 2/23
So you are still refusing to allow negative reviews to post. Why am I not surprised? Your stories are bland; they lack emotion and character development. They are run-of-the-mill drabble at best. Your sentence structure is basic at best and lacks creativity. And, no you are NOT writing "Hallmark movie style" stories.
DU chapter 15 . 2/10
Beautiful ending! You could start a new story with that! Ps I was thinking if you ever do a story about Cate or Aj going to college you talk about them choosing Galladette College! It is the oldest and first college for deaf and hearing impaired students!
DU chapter 14 . 2/9
I did not have a boogie board stab me in the chest, however I remember once I got pushed face first into the beach sand by a wave! The waves are strong and powerful! I think it was cute that Johnny got Cate the Elsa clock! So it is over!
DS2010 chapter 15 . 2/8
Loved the return home, visit with Gibbs and that bit of teenage angst with a bit of jealously
Confused chapter 15 . 2/8
Is this a story about a family vacation at Disney or a story about the budding romance of the teens? If it is the latter, as your description states, you glossed over a LOT of scenes that could have been expanded to showcase the growing feelings.
Trying to Help chapter 15 . 2/8
To get your readers to your chapter and keep them interested, it's a good idea to put a long author's note at the END of the chapter instead of at the beginning.
misspatchesmom chapter 15 . 2/8
Sweet ending
donnag76 chapter 15 . 2/8

DS2010 chapter 14 . 2/6
Looks like everyone had a great last day
Trying to Help chapter 14 . 2/6
Your dialogue is getting stilted again. And you are overusing slang "ya" is NOT a word and too much use can actually detract from a story and turn the reader off. Try a thesaurus to vary your words for actions. "Said" gets tiresome; try "replied," "responded," "voiced," "articulated," "vocalized," "uttered" are just a few possibilities. Add the spice to your work to hook and hold the reader.
AbbyFan chapter 14 . 2/6
As much as I like Abby, I find this story incredibly boring. I found it and was excited to see an Abby story in the midst of the Tiva, Ellick, and Slibbs folderol. Disappointed is not a strong enough word to describe the let down after reading the chapters. PASS
Guest chapter 14 . 2/5
To rent surfboards and boogie-boards on most beaches, one must be 18 or older. So, those kids would have had to have an ADULT rent them. These parents as you write them are really out of touch with the reality of supervising even teens (minors) in any activity where the child could be hurt. Question, how does one TRIP in the ocean? The water would provide buoyancy to kept that from happening. If Kelly FELL on the tip of the boogie board as you describe, the parent should have taken her to a medical facility to check for internal injuries. DO YOUR RESEARCH.
