I friggin’ love this story.

While a fairly good self insert story, this is a purposely mislabeled Harry Potter crossover. This is not a crossover in any way. Harry looks different. Acts different. Has a different name. And doesn't use any wizard magic. Instead he has a few minor bits of Greensight and runes which don't have any impact on anything so far. Knowledge of Earth history and technology does not make it a Harry Potter crossover. It makes it a self insert. Nothing more.

Okay, so I've read 3 chapters so far. tens of thousands of words. And I've yet to see anything that makes it a Harry Potter crossover. Is it going to change or should I drop the story rather than invest any more of my time into it?

I wanted to like the story, and it has potential, but too much of it is people gushing about how awesome Harry is.

Really great story, loved reading it. I hope Hadrian will stay with Margaery and not Dany, even if it makes sense they would probably be already married once she finally reached Westeros. Also, if you are using the white walkers plot, there are high chances she would die here

I think you should stick with Margarey, especially with the build up. Though if a civil war goes belly up. Then other options should be considered. Though I’ll still read regardless, you do what will keep you motivated with your story. Don’t worry about these other reviewers, who are getting worked up over a story. They need get a grip. Keep up the good work.

From a certain perspective marriage with Margery makes sense but I think you should go for Daenerys. If you decide not to kill her then she will always be a threat to Harry and her children to his for unlike Jon, Harry does not have her loyalty. But marrying her will strengthen his claim and if she has dragons then he will not have needs for the reach's army. I think marriage with Daenerys is a smarter political move. Although the lords of Crownland and Dragonstone hail Robert as king having a Targaryen bride will give Harry ultimate control over them. Even though Targaryens have fallen , they ruled over westeros for 300 years and it is to be noted that there are always going to be those who will see Baratheons as usurping bastards. With Harry marrying Daenerys it's going to be similar to Henry Tudor marrying Elizabeth of York. The marriage of Henry and Elizabeth gave Henry a combined claim of both the York and Lancaster a conquering king marrying the daughter of last reigning King.
This claim helped Henry fight the claims of Edward V and Edward, Earl of Warrick . If Harry is married to Daenerys them it will give his claim a similar strength to fight claims of Aegon VI Targaryen i.e. Young Griff and Jon Snow aka Aegon VII Targaryen. One need not fight all his battle in a battlefield to win the war.

Stick with Margaery! I think you've done a really good job developing her so far, and it would be a shame to waste that.

so his anger seems very hipocritical and fake considering he allready knew, so now he is angry why that they got caught, no other real reason, grabs his sword?

the only real threat to his rule is house lannister. they everyone hates jamie, tywin, mountain, even westerlands in general. everyone!

barentheons hate them north does and they are the ones who supposedly fought with them, westerlands more like russia in ww2 declaring war on japan in the last month or so and taking half asia from u.s. yeah great ally. only thing they have is money. no loyalty

as for mace and the 5 vs 15, you need 10 times to take a good castle, even then without extensive time to build seige engines they are worth nothing!, they would not rebel internally for so exceptionally little, when they could loose everything. say tyrells allies have a decent leader. as for neutral that is a expensive prospect if rebels win probably fine but if they loose then all neutrals have taxes up, same for loosers if not black or death.

horn hill is practically between hightower and high garden if tarly left it he would be cut off pretty easy as for renly he could go south to wyl easy to tie up dorne or he could march on ashford and well keep it permenantly about the only thing tarly could do is join dorne looking at trade network would be disastourous though.
tywin would march on goldengrove and like renly could easily keep it as well. you could even say lannisters and barentheons would love a civil war in reach and if dorne got involved that is where problems would begin in which case they would need to make sure to hurt them considering almost no dornish navy it would be very easy to outmanuver the dornish.

as for ramsay snow easy send him to black he is a bastard and rumors are reason enough. that and or robert could or tywin could sack the twins no one like freys either. or just send them to black as well just a small beseiging force on either side
