I love this series but are you seriously telling me that you've been writing it since 2011 and you still can only update once a month? I bet you're hording chapters. How selfish are you?

A good continuation thus far, well written and with serious character depth.

It's always nice seeing a well done story with depth based on the manga.

I really kinda hope bakura and meisa will be able to be friends again but I am also kinda hoping they won't for the plot. I hope bakura gets a happy ending he didn't really get in canon. I mean seriously, the massacre of kul elna was a tragedy and unjust. I kinda feel bad that bakura and the villagers of kul elna was not able to find peace in canon. The excuse that 'it was a village of thieves' was flimsy at best. They say that about every oppressed minority group too (like the Jews, natives American, etc). A village where everyone is a thief is just plain unlikely because it just wouldn't have formed in the first place and wouldn't have functioned very well logistically. I also bet that not every villager was used in the ritual to make the millennium items, that soldiers probably did a good deal of rape, pillage and murder too. History is not nice especially to people of poor social standing. The village might have been the ancient equivalent of the ghettos but i think that says more about the unjust social system than anything else. What do you think about the tragedy of kul elna?

Are you gonna write about bakura's day out? I just love her and I'm curious what she plans on doing. Just relaxing or plotting or something nefarious?

I love the relationship conflict between bakura and yami! So much drama!

This series is the most amazing Yu-Gi-Oh retelling I've ever found, so deep and detailed, faithful to the canon yet unique. (wish I had half of that hability for my own project...) Especially I like how it doesn't look projected for the sake of shipping only, like most Fem!Yugi stories do (and as much as I try I might be partialy guilty of it too). I've not seen many people put that level of work on Jonouchi either, which I apreciate quite a lot.

I especially like the depht of thought put in this series' version of Yami Yugi and its the first time I find Yami Bakura an interesting character to watch in a fanfiction. For the first time as well I am looking forward for the remainder of the DDM arc, I tend to skipp it even in the originals after the first couple of times.

And I look the most forward for Battle City (my favourite arc together with Season 0) and Malik but I'm in no rush to skipp the pathway, like I usually feel with most stories because I have high hopes everything in between will be just as amazing as everything before.

I still love your writing! I love all the detail you put in. I’m going to have to go google those two types of custody rights later. I had no idea about that and thought it was very cool and you did ‘a research’. I’m just super excited to get to read so many chapters at once. Ah the internal consistency, is Duke playing the Nice Guy? Could he be genuinely trying to be nice and that’s just his personality to be flirty or something? I can see the set up for him and Katsuya to conflict later. Plus first name basis congrats! And GO GRANDPA! You rock dude!

As always, I’m excited for the next episode, but I am totally here for the long run. If you ever need a break, take one. Yugi got a well deserved break you should too. I and others will be here when you get back. :)
