Any god, elemental and true ancestor can have one, basically every single member of those species can have one, meaning that they are far more common than something very few people have develop.

pretty sure a Marble Phantasm is not like a Reality Marble
a Marble Phantasm last i checked was explained with using a jar of 100 marbles, 1 white and 99 black and using a marble phantasm was enabling you to pick out the white marble 100% of the time
in other words enabling a person evoke a natural phenomena no matter how unlikely it is like causing lightning to strike a person 4 times

where as a Reality Marble is turning all those marbles blue

also i think "From a world" should be changed to "From one world", since it flows better
