Where to start... Hermione got off way too easily after all those years of no communication and it wasn't even on purpose for her return. Yes she lost her parents but was that really a reason to leave everything behind, especially Harry? She knew that Harry loved her and she just left without a word and had the audacity to start her own family without saying anything to him or anyone. She's selfish and Harry has no backbone to say his real thoughts because everyone forgives her for leaving? If anyone should have left it's Harry because he had to endure more in his life!

Every time she says that she had the perfect life and was the most happy in her life, I don't think she knows how much she hurts Harry with that. While he was suffering she was moving on and starting a new life with him forgotten. I wonder if Harry is going to be the new father of Gabe or the uncle. For me personally he can't be anything than the uncle because I don't think that Harry can accept Gabe as his son of another man that was with Hermione.

Maybe introduce a new girl that has a bond with Harry so that Hermione can feel that Harry met someone new like she did and finally feels the bit of pain that she brought on Harry with her son and wedding ring.

So Harry suffers the death of, well everyone in his life and she lost her parents?
This is the earth shattering event? He lost her, she went on with her life adding another person gone from his life, and then her life sucks and Harry has to save her again? No thanks. Great writing but your Harry is weak and sad if he takes her back after all this.

Yeah she needs to do better than that, her excuse for why she left I can accept...but staying away and never making contact in all that time cause she wanted a fresh start? Yikes, no wonder Harry feels abandoned and has trouble. Hopefully get to see that fully fleshed out in later chapters.

I loved this chapter! I love how Hermione and Harry are growing closer, you can tell from their conversations and even a little touch here and there. I can't wait for the next one!

nice update, so glad to see gabe get a grandma and cousins and possible a big brother (figure) in teddy, damn that was close, maybe hermione can be a second pair of eyes on this case, waiting for more

Oh, I do hope they pull themselves together soon and just TALK! As much as I want to read about them making a sibling for Gabe, they aren’t ready for that yet. They are horrible communicators ;-P
