What is wrong with Immortality?
People are free to decide their destimy,nobody owes anyone anything.
Also life is boring if you do not challenge anything,challenge destiny,challenge life,challenge death
and challenge God.

She's alive! This makes me much happier. She seems mischievous.

So she lives! This makes me much happier.

The story so far, I like it 8/10. Though, I don't want Meili dead tho, atleast not yet, or at least became half alive and dead, like she really became Emurdol's daughter. Like "through death, I am reborn" stuff like that. Becoming his apprentice or successor of sorts.

The Last scene kinda reminds me of All for One and Shigaraki met from My Hero Academia (Boku no Hero) (Feel free to look up and research about "All For One" and "Tomura Shigaraki" past and info, I really recommend it).

Like when Meili was abandoned, Emurdol came, just like All for One came for Shigaraki. Eh, you get the idea

This is so good. this chapter was specially poetic and enrapturing. I wish I was as verbose in my composition but I don't even write. Still, id like to be as profesional in my compositions as I see you are.

God. It's hard to comment because there's so much to comment about. Rem's back, Emurdol is back, Meili's dead, Elsa got the shit beat out of her and is MIA, Mother is MIA, the end of the world became a thing and then it didn't become a thing. I have so many questions. But the best question is how the story will continue. What happens next? What new pieces of lore will we get from Emurdol's world? Did he stuff Meili's soul into his wand? This is a good story not just because of the darkness and stakes and lore, but because it makes me think and question. I have no idea what new developments could happen, be it character relations or advancing the story.

To me, the best story is a story that makes me think. Hats off to you for this wonderful work of art.

Man was that a lot to take in, seriously this is so good and if it weren't for the other characters I'd forget it's a Re:zero fanfic lol. Seriously this needs more attention and love.
