I have to say that this Natasha Alekseyeva character, is overall a competent general who actually tries to prevent the escalation of war as well as quite politically cunning on her own, but she's also somewhat naive in her insights as well as rather reckless in making her decisions.

In other words, a good and interesting character.

Interesting chapter, it was an interesting spin on how the Russian version of the highway went. And also introducing a different version of Makarov.

The introduction of Laswell was unexpected but her meeting with Natalia (or Natasha) felt very smooth and natural, Natasha not wanting to create more problems than she already has to deal with and Laswell feeling out of her comfort zone due to being compromised by Natasha

Seeing Natasha’s character from another point of view is a nice change of pace as well

This is a very interesting take on the invasion, instead of making the Russians cartoonishly evil, there’s actual grey area that the game failed to deliver as promised

Natasha herself is also very intriguing, while she’s not blood thirsty, she’s definitely flawed and I’m looking forward to see where this is going

Hello from Russia! A very interesting idea, although the speech of Russian soldiers is more reminiscent of the US Marine Corps, but this is most likely a feature of the English language. I actually really like this so far, and the general is competent so win win

The new General seems a tad bit irrational, and a little naive with the whole ‘win their hearts over’ thing too. You just invaded their country lol.

Coming in I thought she’d be the benevolent counterpart of Barkov but when I read her wanting to beat Farah I changed my mind my real quick. Maybe she’s as brutal as he is. But then she consoled her, kinda like she’s trying to be on both sides of the coin here.

Very interested to see how this turns out.
