That was a beautiful representation of Mamoru's POV of the Sailor Stars. The only thing I'd say is Haraku response is a little hypocritical considering she and Michiru killed Saturn and Pluto and betrayed Usagi because they didn't believe in her. Yes they had a plan but I would think if they truly believed they would have fought along side her. Neptune and Uranus from the being has always had a issue with believing in Usagi not, that they didn't love or respect her, but they've always shown they think of her as naïve and didn't really believe in her ability.
