I think most people like Callie G!p because there are lots of Arizona g!p stories(like lots!) The few Callie g!p ones aren't even complete as well, or just short stories.
And people like to read more of Arizona pregnant because she never gave birth or got the chance to bask in her pregnancy glory(poor her! Miscarriage and divorce)

Fanfiction exists because this is the platform where fans can live upto their expectation/wish of things that didn't happen.

In answer to your question - It’s something different. Arizona g!p is more popular. I think even you have written more of those too? (Thinking off the top of my head) Just like Callie pregnancy stories are more popular. I think it is nice to read things that don’t follow the show all the time or lean the away from what the show does or creates. So I like reading Callie g!p and Arizona pregnant ones. Not that I don’t like the other way too, just it’s nice to have a change, something less done!
