With those actions Zangetsu made Ichigo a villain, not just a vigilante. He also should not be able to see his family now.

In 5th chapter, you skipped Kyoka Jirou on test list. At first I thought it was a mistake, but then in next chapter you didn’t mention it at all when you split the characters into teams. What happened? Just don’t say that you decided to get rid of it in your story and remain silent at the same time.

That's not really how zanpakuto work that are parts of the welders soul they can be made inactive but they can not die as long as the user lives so to does the spirit as they represent the power if they died so to would all the power reiatsu and potential they represent a new manifestation won't just replace them
