Well, you certainly do expand upon the Scourge in interesting ways. I didn't really think he had living servants other than the Cult of the Damned in Warcraft 3. In World of Warcraft, it seemed like they were all undead by the time Arthas was active as Lich King.

Also, did Jaina lose her soul again from the enslavement potion? I was under the impression she did because it seemed like the potion had the same feeling as losing your soul to Frostmourne by the way you describe it.

I ask because it does seem like Both Artha still hadsome emotions (i.e. Arthas felt anger). I imagine losing one's soul affects the more spiritual aspects of emotion that aren't controlled by body chemistry like our sense of right wrong, feelings of guilt, feelings of love, etc. I also wouldn't be surprised if the emotions that are controlled by their body chemistry are also lessened as well without a soul though.

In your other fic, Jaina becomes pregnant from sleeping with Arthas, is that going to happen here or are Arthas and Jaina actual undead now? I.E. the baby will now pretty much become a pseudo lich king baby when he/she is born.

I was under the impression that Arthas wasn't actually undead until he became the Lich King and started doing things, like remove his heart, to remove any last bit of humanity from himself.

Interesting that Arthas still takes up Frostmourne and Jaina ends up becoming enslaved as well. Though it might be different this time since Jaina is with him and the light didn't leave him like last time. I wouldn't be surprised if things are the same to an extent but end up differently because we Jaina is with him still and Arthas didn't lose his connection to the light and is in a more stable state of mind compared to the original Warcraft 3.
