Reviews for A Stronger Loving World -- Revised
blueprintstyles chapter 1 . 5/8
I really enjoyed this. I feel some people take the greats of comic storylines and take the wrong messages from them this feels like it was written who understood what the author was truly saying and not blinded by the baser entertainments of the genre, not that I don't enjoy them myself.

Can't I just say how long have I awaited for a decent story set in the continuity of the original maxi-series/graphic novel/whatever you chose to call it, for what seemed like an eternity?

Well, this definitely delivered in a big way, and I hope you will revisit the world of the Watchmen in the near future, preferably in the continuity of the GN, but it's up to you if you wanna branch out to the movie world, the DMDC sequel series, or even the HBO series, but I'd like to see more of you in the world of the GN, as it's become rarer year after year, unfortunately.

Normally, I don't bother with K or K plus rated fare, but I'm glad I didn't pass on it, as it was a good alternative to the ending chapter of Ozymandias' arc in the comics, and I liked Jon fully embracing his Doctor Manhattan persona in a more active way than his comic book counterpart ever did. Whereas I can't say the twelve issue completely sucked in my view, I can understand your reasoning to change that in what you felt was thematically consistent with what went down in the previous issues.

Only criticisms I can offer are that it was disorienting to go from Adrian to Adrien, so you should have stuck with Adrian all the way through, and the fact it may have needed a bit more expansion in the closing paragraphs, if not a complete rewrite, but you still get the point across to the reader, so I guess it still works either way.

Overall, I really enjoyed it and I hope to read more Watchmen tales like this from you. Good luck with your next writing projects, whatever those might be, and keep on writing!
