mariko78 chapter 1 . 6/28
We often forget that Kim is just a teenage girl. She tries her best to be a hero but she also has desires. I love the ending when she just does something for herself, not for the world, not for Ron but for her. Very good job!

I really like this pairing but have seen few real worthy ff using it. This obviously not the standard fair and I appreciate that. I think it is done very tastefully, the perfect mix of anxiety, pleasure, and betrayal. Thanks for your hard work.

I enjoyed this. It's overly dramatic, I think, but I have to remember this is a high school girl, and perspective comes with age. Guilty, guilty, guilty, falling so far short, not what you should be. Ron's leg is broken, and it's your fault. Everything is your fault, because you're not what you should be. Could Kim actually have stopped the fire? Almost certainly not, but she can't know, and since she's guilty of everything else, she's guilty of that, too. Because she was doing something she shouldn't have been doing, with someone she shouldn't have been with.

Bonnie is a little out of focus to me here. "I fuck shit up all the time" doesn't go with the rest of her here. But I like your characterization of her overall, and I can see her being kinder now that she has proof that Kim is more like her, less ideal.

The story would benefit from another editing pass. There are small things like 'her' that should be 'here'. And 'spindling a web of lies'? Shouldn't that be 'spinning'?
