| Axccel chapter 3 . 5/18 What you said about humans being greedy and stepping on people for it is totally wrong. Wanting more and to be stronger is not greed, it’s simply growth and improvement. And few humans step on others for it. Which is why those who do stand out among the rest and are despised by the rest. Plus, if humans behaved how you or at least Raynare in this story seems to believe, society and civilization could not exist. I don’t understand why most authors think poorly of humanity or make up negative traits about humanity as a whole despite their own lives and humanity’s accomplishments and nature expressed through society and laws proving them wrong. What is it with artists being misanthropes to varying degrees. |
