Also, the thing with Howard is that I'm not entirely certain he knew how children worked. Like, he was too busy with the bigger picture, like Tony is at times. But the difference between the two is where Tony knows when the smaller things are more important. Howard didn't.

Well, I did not quite understanding why Parkers and May refused to take the money from Tony, it was not charity. Tony was Peter's father! He could raise his own kid without anyone's permission. I thing it was easy to make the arrangement, Tony buy a house and support all the finance issue, then May and Ben or Richard can spend all the time to take care of Peter, just like Tony pays them for babysitting or something. Can you just clarify one thing? what is Peter's last name in this story? In this chapter you wrote Parker, but in a previous chapter you wrote Fitzpatrick. And if it is Parker, can you explain that a bit since Mary and Richard are not together and/or married?
I really liked the chapter focusing on Pepper. I hope there's some Pepperony in this story.
