When is anybody going to tell Goblin Slayer that the greenskins in this world are all actually various types of sentient fungi, and therefore, do not actually need to waste their time kidnapping and violating women for the purposes of reproduction? That right there seems like a rather important piece of information that GS hasn't been informed of yet...

Does he know about the existence of Black Orcs yet? If there's one thing that would make GS genuinely shit his pants it would be them.
And another thing. GS right now is in Ostermark, which is bordered by the World's Edge Mountains. Specifically I think that the former dwarfen hold of Karak Ungor, now known as Red Eye Mountain is relatively close. And that place right now should be the dwelling of one Grimgor Ironhide, who passes the winter fighting Skaven under the mountain and spring and summer raiding the neighbouring lands.
What are the chances of the two meeting each other? Because to deal with 'ardest Ork to ever live you need a goddamn army.

Hello I'm new here, I'm not an expert in warhammer but I know enough of all the evil lore of the evil armies of chaos, undead and greenskins. I have questions like...

1. How did the goblin slayer end up in the warhammer universe?
2. Will he experience his war against the greenskin army with his own?
3. One of his allies is a lizardman shaman in his universe. Is possible he be the bridge between the empire of man, dwaries, elves, and the lizardman of the warhammer universe and become the mightiest Alliance?
4. Will he be corrupted by chaos itself?

For the 4th one...I hope not...after all 'He doesn't let anyone roll the dice.'

While it's an interesting and entertaining fic. Gotta say whenever a female point of view shows up, It gets really cringy. And that's just as a default, it gets straight up creepy at it's worst.

I vote High Elf. Wood Elves hunt humans for sport and manipulate their societies in Bretonnia, whereas Dark Elves are little better than Slaaneshi pricks who worship Khaine instead.

Why do I get the feeling that Khorne is female in this fic?

Ah so goblin slayer has a secret magical helper and gotten some attention from a god already. Makes sense. He's not from their world but from a separate one entirely and the local Warhammer gods can probably tell he's had interactions, at least briefly, with the gods of his own world on top of being a person outside of fate. (Given how he tends to screw with whatever plans the GS gods had.) I wonder how they'll take it. The GS gods, while annoyed, found it amusing in some ways because it made the game interesting even though he messed up the plans of some of the 'evil' gods. here, the gods aren't 'playing' a game (except Tzeentch) so they might find him even more intriguing and confusing.

Also great chapter. Nice bit of interactions and actually felt like some natural exposition. Truly this is the darkest world GS could fall into with so many goblins around. He definitely needs help in this regard. Can't wait for him to get a party going. And he still has the scroll. This is a big moral dilemma. He finally found peace and was with his loved ones but he can't stand to let goblins run around free to kill however they pleased. Although given how many goblins there are in the warhammer world, he may find himself there for years. I feel sorry for everyone but Goblin Slayer is someone who tends to put others before himself so this choice was natural. Wonder if that scroll could one day send him and his new family to his world at the end of his adventure. (Also wondering if the time is the same or if it will be a Narnia sort of thing.)

As for a elf companion as you put on a poll, going to have to think on that.

A dark elf would find him interesting because he isn't afraid to go to any lengths to kill goblins. Even coming up with different and unique ways of killing his prey. So a DE gal would find him amusing~

A Wood Elf would find him interesting because he's basically clearing away an 'infestation' in their world and he shows no aggression to them or nature. Might be a stretch on this but High Elf Archer's fighting style was reminiscent of a wood elf so he could easily work with that. (unless she's a druid then that'll be new ways to kill goblins XD) Especially since he'll likely be in the woods or other wild places.

A High Elf is probably something he's most familiar with in attitude given High Elf Archer (who was a princess), so he'll be right at home. XD Given how High Elf's see themselves as protectors of the world, he may well end up partying with one eventually.

Decisions. Decisions. Will have to think about that but the elf is probably not going to appear for a while (unless you have plans for an early return) so there's time to think. Great chapter and I can't wait for the next one.

Out of curiosity, would Goblin Slayer getting another party consist of Warhammer Fantasy Evles, Drawves and so on?

Though big oof on the goblin slayer when he realizes just how utterly fucked the world of warhammer is because there are so many factions that can make a meal out of mankind which are the green skins, the vampire counts, chaos, norsca to name a few but wait that's just of the old world we have the NEW world as well such as the fucking skaven, dark elves, vampire coasts, and again MORE TO COME!

Anyone one of these factions will eat the goblin slayer world alive, shit them out, and eat them again.
Hell have you seen the recent dlc for warhammer total war which is the warden and the paunch.

It has been a while since I reviewed your story and I hope you can answer some questions I got here. Don't have anything to criticize yet, and good job with the flow of the story. Is rather well written and I do not see any spelling mistakes that stick out yet. Hopefully and I wish you luck that you can do the romantic feelings towards Goblin Slayer be a bit more developed over a longer period of time, would seem more natural that way is what I think and would not alienate a reader into suddenly wondering why some girls are interested him very suddenly.

First I will say great job so far in characterizing Goblin Slayer, very grim as always. With the new Warhammer 2 Total War DLC with Eltharion the Grim and Grom the Paunch I do wonder what Goblin Slayer would think of Eltharion as they are both rather grim and Eltharion's mission on killing Greenskins in the Badlands, although that did bite Eltharion in the butt a bit because the Greenskins wanted to fight him and did not care he was killing all of them because he was just so much fun for them to fight him and his army and sadly had to return to Tor Yvresse because he could not wipe out the Greenskins or make them run in fear, but see him as a worthy opponent to fight against. So I do wonder if Goblin Slayer will have that reputation with Orcs and Goblins approaching him because he is such a good fight and perhaps be a bit horrified that him killing the Greenskins was not going to plan like Eltharion as they are seeking him instead of the other way around. Bet the spore reproduction of Greenskins are much faster than the Goblin Slayer Goblin way too, so it is much harder to get rid of them I think. Unless you burn everything probably.

Of course I bet he will keep doing that as they are hurting and killing people for the fun of it even though they are not the sexual kind of Goblin. At least he did not meet Grom the Paunch, unless it is the Total War timeline anyway but I wonder what he would have thought of him and Niblet. Bet he would be a bit horrified of a giant regenerating goblin that eats very unique Greenskin food from the DLC and his hype Gobbo on a chariot.

I wonder he would have thought of the Legendary Lords for the Greenskins plus Grom, I mean we got Azhag with his Nagash crown and increased intelligence from it, Grimgor for his rather brutal strength and smarts because he is a Black Orc, Wurrzag with his magic and his Savage Orcs and Snarsnik and his Night Goblins with his rather cunning plans. Also I wonder what he will think of the Warhammer monsters when he encounters them, such as the Arachnarok Spider and the Rogue Idol of Gork or Mork. Those are pretty gigantic and likely need an army in order to stop something of that size. He would probably outmatched most of the time unless he can do a rather cunning plan to beat them unless he has a group or army with him where they can coordinate and destroy the giant monsters with much better ease than one person.

I mean he is not fighting just Goblins anymore, but he is fighting the entire Greenskin race at this point as he continues his quest to destroy Goblins and Greenskins in general. Still I hope he gets educated that the Warhammer Greenskins are very different soon and come in many different types and only his world Goblins are into sex while the rest don't care are just want to have a good scrap and loot!

So when did the Goblin Slayer Goblins were introduced into Greenskins society? So far they seem to be a very recent addition to the Old World alongside Goblin Slayer. Also wanted to ask if anyone else from the Goblin Slayer world will be able to try to help Goblin Slayer out, like trying to bring him home or send some backup unless that was asked in the previous chapter then never mind. Just to make sure, so this is an older Goblin Slayer from canon right, so is not as socially inept in canon am I correct? Just wondering as you mentioned he is 17 last chapter to respond to a review and I was a bit confused for a bit, thought he was 20 or something by now when you mentioned he is older. Makes me wonder how many years has passed since the beginning of Canon Goblin Slayer, as I am surprised that he is so young is all.

Would be interested to see what his party's thoughts on the Warhammer world will be. I mean Goblin Slayer's horrified reaction to a Waaagh! reminds me of that Witcher Warhammer fanfic where Geralt is horrified by how horrible the Old World is compared to his home and that Geralt got a blessing from Ulric, so I do wonder which god did he get a blessing from and what new abilities he would gain. Actually I wonder if the Goblin Slayer Goblins are affected by a Waaagh! or perhaps get influenced by Slaanesh as they are into sex and all sorts of horribleness.

Still I hope to see Goblin Slayer and his reactions throughout the Old World and various evil factions like Skaven and them taking people away for food or experiments, Beastmen and their depravity like kidnapping people for whatever they do to their poor victims and the Vampire Counts and their undead tide. Perhaps see that Goblins are not the only problem that needs concentrating in the Old World, unlikely but Skaven sure are frightening with them kidnapping people and using them as food or some test subject for Clan Moulder or Clan Skyre. Is a rather interesting plot seeing him interact and learn about the Old World, and seeing it is much more worse than his own world as the Greenskins and everyone else have big armies and heroes that struggle for dominance in the world while his world seems to rely on heroes to save the day from the Demon Lord, but correct me if I am wrong on this.

Anyway good luck writing more of the story, is quite an entertaining read so far and seeing him interact with the world around him.
