My question is will Summer ever meet Silver Midnight? The man who Rose's godfather, who she gave up her old life for, became. Is it wierd of me that I kinda wanna see them get together in the end? Rose's thoughts of "I can't live without this person" can be taken in a less then innocent way after all, even if logically I know that she was saying "i can't deal with the death of another parental figure". Add to that you havent name dropped him since the first chapter so unless you already have a plan for him you could make them the same age and able to start fresh with a new relationship for them...

Also about Silver, were his mental isdues fixed? How'd his convo with the Dark God go? Dod he ask about his Goddaughter.

I have an interest in this character because i heard somewhere that as a general rule of thumb professional authors dont give a character a name unless the character has a role to play in the overall plot, like triggering something that sets off "the final battle" event or something like that.

There are exceptions to this rule of course, like "Doris Crockford" in HP an the Sorcerer's stone (which personally i think Rowling had an idea for Doris but then forgot about her).

Bud anyways, that you gave Silver/Sirius a name when intrigues me.

I see that there are votes of who to pair with Ruby and who with Summer. To be honest I can see the appeal of pairing Ruby with Weiss due to their relationship as partners and development as friends but there is just too many whiterose stories no matter how much I like a cannon ship there is nothing wrong with changing the scenery you know what I mean? The pairing of Ruby/Pyrrha does sound appealing or perhaps Ruby/Winter as there aren't many of those. But no matter. It is you decision to choose dear author. What ever you choose does not change that this is a great story and I am thirsting for more!

P.S. I can totally see Summer with either Glynda or Raven. (But then again Ravem is starting to rekindle her relationship with Tai so that might be out the window. Perhaps Qrow? But looking back again, she did say she consider him a brother figure... Hmm. Choosing a canon ship for Summer is a little challenging. Maybe make her Aromantic?)

I honestly don't know who you would pair Summer with. Most of the cast is way too young for her, and most of the males that are older... Are bad guys/assholes.

And Qrow and Ironwood just don't feel right. We will see after you expanded any of these relationships.

Interesting start looking forward to the rest you have so far.

I hope the story actually includes the child's toy 'relics' initiation... but the fall of Beacon would need to be prevented for that to happen. Looking forward to future chapters regardless.
