So this fic is falling into the same trap that every gamer fic doesfocusing on the stats above the story. Reading it is like watching someone grind levels in an MMO. Instead of reminding us what Harry's numbers are every paragraph, tell us what Harry is doing, how he is impacting the world, and how THAT differs due to his Gamer powers. Or show how having the linear growth of a video game sets him apart socially from his peers, for better or worse. As an exercise, acknowledge his Gamer nature as little as possible.

Good gamer fic - the most important is that Harry isn't angsting hero and instead is self-serving. On the other hand, I'm happy that he isn't torturing puppies for fun - he only commits crimes that serve him. As somebody else said, one bad point is showing all his stats all the time - it's slightly distracting.

I like where this story is going so far. The one problem I have is about Harry's status page. It's kind of annoying to see his entire status display every time anything changes, since I have to scroll down a long list. Would you consider just including the stats/skills that change every time you display his status page? It would also make his progression clearer, since you would highlight the things that have advanced.

your harry has huge aim to be powerful yet u show him learning 5 spells from 15 of 5 the first year in the first 2 moths what do u think? He will become powerful by learning the classroom material at a Granger level speed to beat voldmert and dumbledoor ? Learning spell and being powerful is not the same as being nerd , learning spell is a total practical approach and writing the theory is what I call nerd not learning spell he can be just acceptable in theory but prodigy in practical approach because the harry u potrayed I can't see him seating idly without learning if u don't so him learning more than when u suddenly show him as powerful as voldmert that will be what people will question even he learns in terrifying rate he will still have a long way to go to match voldmert and dumbledoor yet all he did in the first two month is learning 5 spell not exactly good for someone who wants to be the most powerful wizard because voldmert will not wait for him to grow powerful like dumbledoor and voldmert had which mist have takem them 20-30 years of life but harry doesn't have the luxury he either become powerful or get killed so there is jo point denying why he should not learn more spell , the reason is I have seen people saying in their ff harry potter is powerful and gonna beat voldmert with his skill yet they refuse to show him as powerful they show him as top of his year do u think it will be enough? May it could have been if voldmert didn't want to kill him badly and given him 20-30 years to prepare but here this is not the case and frankly do u think people even have the patience to write that long for a harry potter fan fiction after 7 year of Hogwarts neither the leader will have that patience they simply gonna drag tha story which will loose the charm or they can start showing directly after 20 years of harry's life and that voldmert has been unable to kill him by then but this is not case right ? Suppose harry finish his newt material in his 5 th year so do u think the next two year will be enough for him to beat voldmert? Practically speaking then no sp of u go with practical approach then harry will be killed before he becomes as powerful as voldmert because he is not gonna wait for that long the only way harry can beat voldmert if u want it to happen by the 7th year of hia Hogwarts education then he should learn in terrifying rate no other way around then only he will have the chance to defeat voldmert unless u want to time Turner because if u don't want to go that route then logical step for him to learn faat faster than voldmert and dumbledoor combined when they were in his age of he is to beat voldmert by the time he finish his Hogwarts education

I just came across this ff, I must say that this ff could have been so much better had u not followed the same gryffindor weasly, longbottom and Granger shit trust me the writting is very good but if u had put harry in any house except gryffindor that would have been a challenge and interesting to read instead of dealing with the usual Granger, weasly and longbottom which has been done in so many ffs that it no longer interests me , sad thing actually I actually wanted to like it but can't no matter what u say the gryffindor harry potter doesn't work for me anymore at all u could have put him revenclaw or hupplepuff to make it more interesting but either harry is gryffindor or he is in Slytherin
