Hello Author-san, I hope you and your loved ones are safe! Thank you for the updates as well; I know some people (including myself) are finding it hard to feel productive or focus during this tine.

I remember reading the first chapter and commenting on how Shion felt relatable but would grow as a person. I love the slow burn, it hasn't dragged on too long but it's also not moving too fast as if she had a personality change overnight. She went from hiding anxiously in her bedroom to hanging out with the others and having a great time. All of her interactions with them have been original instead of her taking someone's spot and lines.

There's something about her developing relationship with Shin in particular that I just adore. They are so cute and i just want to protect them. I love that she tried telling Nana about Shouji, something like that can be really hard to tell someone you care for.

Her interactions with Nobu are so pure it gives me life~! He's been looking out for her, gave her her very first sleepover and thought if her when he saw the magazine. I've actually reread some of their interactions and tried to imagine how they'd look in the anime/manga.

But honestly my favorite part was the end if chapter 13. Yes she learned about electric violins through the magazine from Nobu but she took that first step in actually learning and going about obtaining one without anyone giving her that push and even going as far as to busk despite her initial discomfort. I know she and her relationships still have a lot of room to grow and you are doing beautifully so far. I simply adore her as a character so I was excited when I saw so many chapters posted.

Thank you so much for the review! It really means so much since I know the NANA fanfic community is almost dead so I'm grateful someone has read this story at all!
I am planning on continuing this fanfic all the way through, it's important to me as well especially since NANA just makes me want to cry and scream whenever I think about it - a story has never had such a huge emotional impact on me before like NANA has so I really want to finish this story as a tribute to it.

I'm so happy you like Shion too! Since NANA tends to cover issues in a more realistic light I wanted to do the same for social anxiety because that's something I've struggled with my entire life too and I think the people linked to apartment 707 would be really great helping someone dealing with it.

First of all I can't begin to tell you how overjoyed I an to have found a new Nana fic, the series deserves a lot of praise.

Second, I love the new approach for Shion. Maybe I haven't searched enough but it's interesting that she isn't the rock star type, at least not yet. I haven't felt like I relate to an OC as much as her haha! I believe Shion is going to be one of those OCs we readers experience how the world around her changes and she evolves with it and grow attached to her.

Good look with your story! I really hope I can read it to the final chapter!
