further bottom comment: Percy doesn't hit people because he knows how it feels to be hit, so I don't believe he would use Rachel to get to Annabeth. I see him slowly forgetting about Annabeth romantically while being with Rachel, they go to college/uni... and yadda yadda. Slow burn at great lengths.

I'm slightly hoping Percy and Rachel try a relationship, but both agree to be friends in the end. no using. no cheating. I don't want a further domino effect of using to make someone jealous. Once was enough, and I don't want Percy to do something that was done to him.
