i think if they did a background check it more the school covered for him having such a good quirk but sadly it isnt realistic as it fiction so it doesn't matter or how would people like endeavor exist he is better a shitty person being a hero then a shitty person being a villian

so im guessing if it was worse their might have been suicide attempt a lot more attacks harsher verbal abuse more often maybe destroying him by tricking him into thinking he had friends or a girl like him only to pull the rug out from underneath him

so without bakugou will izuku reach a better place mentally and emotionally and socially

so who replaced bakugou as the 40 hero course student a student from another school?

also if only izuku had gotten either combat points or few more rescue points as it seem eijiro is the student rep for the speech at the sports festival gonna be a lot of manly huh...

Nice intro to what hopefully will be a great story. However there are a few spelling and grammar errors in it. Naturally I mean no insult when I say this, but it may be a good idea to get a beta reader. It takes quite the load off of your shoulders. I’d be willing to be your beta reader if you want to.
