I can't believe I didn't found this story soon. Your descriptions are wonderful and the characters are well-developed in a fantastic world that is concieved by an artist's eye. The relationship is wonderfully written, the only thing I can manage is that this is wonderful. Simply wonderful.

Wow! This was awesome. I liked the way you told it so simply but so descriptively and I thought the way you describe Megumis painful memories was amazing, disturbing yet ammazing. It hurts to be alone when the ones you love leaves you. Truly a beautiful story, you are a very wonderful romance writer. Im crying. Keep writing! (I think this story is so sweet, deep, painful, powerful, and if it doesn't touch your heart it means you don't have one! Congratulations to the writer)

Aw man, I *finally* found this story! I read it once a long time ago and absolutely loved it, and I started watching the anime from the beginning again recently, and immediately, I was wondering about that one fanfic where Megumi burns her feet. I didn't realize it'd be so hard to find, especially with a title like "Fire." :) But I found you! And wow, I wasn't disappointed. I love this story so much, the details of Megumi's family and the reason why Sano never says Megumi's name outright. I'm adding this to my favorite stories list so I don't have to work so hard at tracking it down again! So glad I got to read it again, I'm blown away and I got plenty of fuzzy feelings to keep me going. Really, really awesome work!

wowzerness! must read 2 sequels. i am SO glad i found this story when they were made so i wouldn't have to endure a long agonizing wait for them. do you know how long ive been looking for good Sano/Megumi fiction and then finally realized...C2's! and then i found your story! YOU SAVED MY LIFE!

This is flat out great. As an aspiring ( sp? Ok so I'm not perfect, thpt bleh :P ) teenage writer, I find this very good material for studying writing styles. I love the first person Megumi perspective, and you capture her mentality as I would like to write it.

Oh and don't bother looking to see if I've writen anything. I haven't yet. Even plot bunny comes out awkward with me. Curse the plot bunnies! w

I liked it. Of course, I like Sanosuke ans Megumi, so the basis it automatically attractive to me. That said, your writing was good, your characterization was accurate and there were no obvious spelling or grammar errors. Thank you for writing, andplease keep it up.
