This was somewhat well done, but Inko's actions don't measure up. She acknowledges that the school and other students are at fault but still wants Izuku held to an unrealistic standard. She knows the kids with quirks throw punches, and she wants him to what? Not defend others? That goes against his character. Just take them? That sounds more like allowing abuse than standing up to it.

Inko can't have it both ways. Either she thinks Izuku should be able to stand up for himself or she thinks he should be a doormat. He can't be both.

And no she can't use his quirklessness against him as if he needs to rise above it. She isn't quirkless. Neither is her husband. She may see how he's treated, but in this chapter she's treating his quirklessness as if acting angry against a society that does discriminate against him is wrong. And Izuku has every right to be angry about it. And to express it especially to the kid that bullied him most of his life over it.

Inko might be better this chapter, but its still obvious that she's not in the right.

Ok this is my first review for this fic and I have to say Inko's in the wrong on this. She doesn't seem to realize how much shit Izuku has to put up with and doesn't seem to want to know. Izuku shouldn't apologize for defending himself. He didn't throw the first punch. But he was punished for it.

This is not something that should be brushed under the rug, and I hope the chapters I have yet to read reflect that.

Forgive me if this is a silly question but: haven't you already established that the HPSC will not issue a heroics license to a quirk less individual? For all that Aizawa is underground he is still required to have a state issued license to perform his duties. Therefore would it not be 'illogical' to have Izuku put down as a prospective candidate for the hero track?

I had a really emotional day today, especially after catching up to the most recent chapter of the manga; seeing your story was updated is such a relief! I think this might be my favorite chapter so far, with Izuku's general Izuku-ness but with an added touch of fire, his interaction with Shouta, Erasherhead and Power Loader's little tussle at the end, just EVERYTHING. It made me laugh, which is exactly what I needed.

As power loader I would be say that 50/50 if have share him .other wise I will bury you in hole somewhere .so sleep for few weeks before I dig out of the hole .
