Padme amidala, decent with a blaster but lets be honest the only reason not to cross her is because her husband is your superior. Also me thinks Cody can give Rex some pilot lessons. Just my own opinion but flying those death machine gunships would a dream come true.

I can now see Rex and Ahsoka doing wargames as a new way of bonding, wink wink.

Well if he wants to change the future the answer is clear. He needs to request pilot training asap after all if you can turn troopers into commandos and arcs. What's to stop you from getting training on attack craft.
