I loved this so much! This couple!

"There is always a fog... inside my brain...and you're the breath of air that moves it away." OMG. This gave me goosebumps. I love it so much.
And I laughed at this one "We...can't make a baby...with you just doing...this.".
And the way he was taking his time because he wanted to remember her brought a tear to my eye because I knew very soon it would only be his memories that he would have because of Anne and the helicopter people. Then You just broke my heart with the discussion about the gender of the prospective baby. A little of Andre and a little of Carl. Sob! So evocative.

I loved the interaction where Michonne got Rick to drink the water. I can so see this happening in canon. She realised that Rick was so busy taking care of them that he didn’t take sufficient care of himself. She was always so careful about his wellbeing. You can see this dynamic playing out all the way to Alexandria so this characterisation fits in well with the rest of the season.

It’s a pity Andy left the show and Danai is leaving cos I would have started a petition to have you write the screenplays for Richonne centric episodes because you are so good and you really get the essence of the characters. Love this.

First of all, I love how supercuts was cut out of the cutting of Rick’s hair (see what I did there?). That was always kind of creepy in my opinion. Also I love how the girls we’re giving Michonne advice on how to manipulated Rick lol- the moving of the bags. And finally the seamless way they just slipped into the family relationship straight away - “ better be home for dinner” etc.

Since Carol’s canon shenanigans in Alexandria I have found it hard to like her in fanfic so thank you for her salty attitude in this. Exactly as I imagined she would react.

This totally happened and Carl definitely deliberating made Rick squirm in that canon scene lol?

That was so bittersweet. I loved the talk after the sexytimes. The bridge reference saddened me. I still can't believe Michonne hasn't seen Rick in six years.

This was everything. Rick and Michonne’s passion and intensity just jumps through the phone and all over my ass. Rick’s repeated ‘look at me’ bout did me in. But the sweetest and most touching part was Rick wanting a boy to be a little like both their sons who’ve passed on.

Who knew they (Richonne) would share the same fate? Such a travesty by TPTB, but I digress.

Fantastic job and thank you for coming back, if only briefly. Those Blue Skies tho!

Awesome! I like that you had some much needed dialogue that the episode lacked. We didn't see enough of Richonne in Rick's last season. You've given us a nice alternate scene. Their love comes through so much here, even if they didn't voice how much they love each other. Rick would've fallen in love instantly with baby RJ. It's so sad they've never met. Fingers crossed if we ever get those movies.

Your entry was perfectly beautiful. Like you I thought 9X3 did an excellent job of showcasing the closeness and love that has continued to grow between Rick and Michonne.
The pen flick and paper toss was adorable. Rick was on a mission to create a future and Michonne caught on real quick. It was lovely.
