Using KNBC (the NBC O&O in LA) would have been rather *eggy* (as in *Egg on The Face*) and is something that no NBC programming ever does. The competition? (such as ABC, CBS, or Fox?) Heck yeah. They could have used the OLD call letters of a competitor (such as KNXT - the original call letters of KCBS in Los Angeles) - and you would have to be MY age or older to know about KNXT. (KNXT is not that quirky, considering it is in the right location - not like KYW and KDKA - neither of which is technically in the right state (both are not just east of the Mississippi, but in Pennsylvania - decidedly the Wrong State for their call letters). Is there either a WFOX or KFOX anywhere in the *lower 48*? They are NOT in New York, Washington, DC, or Los Angeles (though there IS a FOX O&O in all three cities: WNYW, WTTG, and KTLA, respectively).

Chuck wants Sarah - Sarah wants Chuck (which she cannot deny). The problem/dilemma - Rule 49B. (Basically, as long as Chuck has the Intersect (any version) in his noggin, they cannot date.) Even Chuck becoming an agent himself (which is technically true; he passed his own "red test" at this point) doesn't exempt him - or Sarah - from Rule 49B - as agents cannot date each other.

A super ending. Not least that Morgan now knows (something) of their work. And mostly what a great, offbeat place to propose. I like the fact that your stories are relatively short but in a series. That way, we get a form of regular closure and then the story continues (I'm trusting it will).

It is a little awkward keeping Jill around in this setting; but her scenes, especially with Ellie, make it worthwhile!

Ellie is a hoot with that frying pan! I love her interpretation of "apprehending". Oh and a twist. 5$ says Chuck didn't go willingly...

And with hope, Jill comes out of this in prison.

Good update. The Jill eps can be tricky in a fic like this but very satisfying since Chuck and Sarah are already together. That’s the great thing about going non-canon, you are not handcuffed by what the show did. Nice job. I’m looking forward to the rest.
