I just finished the story and it's absolutely wonderful! I loved every little bit of it and I can't wait to read part two!

What a beautiful story and an even more beautiful ending! Loved the name for their daughter & can't wait to see what name Chakotay chooses for their son. I really hope you do write a part 2, as I've loved all 30 of these fabulous chapters! Thankyou for writing it!

I loved the surprise of the Phreeza, what an interesting species! I had a feeling the paths Chakotay found were significant!

Just read the first 4 chapters and once again, I loved the way you write for Kathryn and Chakotay. Your characterisation is so spot on, not just for them, but Kes & the Doctor too . This is such a believable premise and you're written and paced it brilliantly

Curious out loud (after reading chaps 1-30) if this is going more Robinsons in Space, or, Oops We Left the Captain and Commander and Have To Go Back and Get Them, direction. Hah!

As someone who has gone through IVF treatment resently I think you wrote this chapter pretty well. I think in some countries doctors still do implant more than one embryo at a time but where I am they will not do that usually, because it can cause multiples and those are risk pregnancies.
Also, I know you said you don't know the right terms (neither do I), but I still think in the future they probably have some sort of body scans (not ultrasound) and I think they can beam fetuses out of the body so they possible could do the implantation also by beaming the material into her. And I don't think they do injections, only hyposprays. ;)
So far I really like this story. Will be interesting to see how things develop for K & C.

Yaaay they have their babies! I loved this birth. Kathryn would be a badass and just push those kids out one after the other with no pain medicine. I love how they picked Nayeli's name and I'm interested to know what their son's name will be. I also want to know how they will handle raising twins alone on this planet. This story is so well written and exciting and I look forward to reading part 2.

Yay, I was very happy to see this update. Of course Kathryn goes for a walk and tells Chakotay to basically leave her alone, and now she needs him. I know he is going to lose his mind when he sees her hurt. Kathryn is literally carrying the entire human population of the planet, so she has to take that seriously. Three lives are depending on her. Can't wait to read the next chapter, this is one of my favorite stories.

Oh no, a fall this late in the pregnancy? Hope this has a happy remedy, I'm loving this story.
