Can Izumi make her own clones or is she technically quirkless

i liked this up until this point while i might try reading it again sometime i just don’t like the way they think the memories would work it would improve his martial arts but not by a lot maybe as much as he could improve by himself in a year his grade would see quite a large improvement for a grade and some lasting effects when doing a problem that would use this knowledge but he wouldn’t become smarter and he would mature yes but more from trauma then experience also didn’t like how they were leading into him making clones with quirks you should make the charter fitting for the setting making him be able to give his clones any quirk with little to no effort is dumb sure let him enhance his clones but make it where he would have to think extremely specific and require a lot of concentration and time he would need to know how quirks work and it would take him a long time to even gain one let him figure out something simple a the very beginning of ua like in the time between entrance and first day mutations would be easier and that could be the first one maybe make it so he figures out how to do a emitter or transformation during the entrance if you want him to be more powerful but a kid getting 3 5 year chunks from 4-9 of three other kids he would have a hard time for awhile and lose his sense of self considering he only ever dissipated one clone that was there for a minute or so he would have a hard time sorting the information

I'm worried about when Izuku will meet Aizawa he'll probably try testing what happens if he erases his quirk which could lead to a couple different outcomes, one is that every clone he's made will disappear, which will piss off Katsuki and Izuku to untold heights cause Izumi will no longer exist, or the clones connection gets severed meaning Izumi will become real not just a creation of Izuku's quirk which will ease any worries they all had about her one day disappearing, or it just means he can't create the clones while Aizawa is using his quirk on him and doesn't affect already made clones.
I'm also wondering if the memories of clones made are separate from Izuku's then he could recreate the clones exactly as they were before absorbing them meaning he could recreate his three brothers again.

Loving this. I do have some questions though.
1: is he still going for the hero name of deku or something better like “one man army: legion”
2: does izumi have his quirk?
3: will he get 1 girlfriend or multiple because he can be shipped with anyone.
4: will he cheat the system and make clones to go to multiple classes to learn as much as he can?
5: are you changing the hero vs villain test with him paired with momo cause it will be funny if she makes him a swat outfit and he stormed the building all FBI open up!
