Gahhh I am in love with your fic! I’ve read the whole thing in about 3 days and I can’t wait for more! I usually only read complete stories because starting one and getting into only to have it left unfinished is so frustrating, but yours drew me in and I am glad it did. I get knots in my stomach every time I feel like Hermione and Draco are finally going to admit how they feel and then don’t lol! Even if I know he cannot really, with appearances and all that stuff ...

I have a feeling that the Minister's son could be involved in Hermione's parents' murder It would be why she owed him a life debt and why he Obliviated her ... Anyways. He's such an asshole.

Every time I see “the pace is going to pick up soon” in the authors notes I get so relieved and excited, but then I read another chapter and we STILL haven’t even hit Christmas in third year. This story is so unique and well written, I just wish the pacing would ACTUALLY pick up. It wouldn’t be so bad if there was a regular updating schedule. It’s a shame because this is such a unique and well written story so far, but I really hate wasting my time and to be still in the first half of third year on chapter 12 of 34 seems like that’s all I’m doing. At this rate it seems like this is going to be a 900,000 fic before the author really even gets into any serious plot developments.
This review seems harsh, but I really just think a fic this well written should start actually advancing soon or at least update regularly. At this rate it seems more likely that the author will abandon and we will have all wasted our time.

I just want to say I love the story so far, I have read all 34 chapters in like 2 days. But if you'd like someone to edit before you put them out I would be more than happy to edit it for you.

Firstly, I love how Lucius sought revenge. How cold and calculated. But, of course his revenge would be nothing else. I am only anxious to see Nott’s retaliation... but I’m hoping that it will be swept from his mind with the shitstorm that’s about to happen.

And I must admit, I’m confused as to what’s happening with Cornelius. I understand blood Magic was performed on him, and I understand that Andromeda has control of him, but I don’t think I understand the ‘paralyzed’ part..?
I’ll go back and reread those parts.

And that was so thoughtful of Draco, to make a memorial for Hermione’s parents. I’m sure Hermione will understand just what it means that Draco did that for her, and that she will appreciate having a nearby place in which to pay her respects to her parents, a place to feel close to them. Not to mention, it might be amusing to her to know that they are likely the first Muggles to have a memorial on Malfoy land. Draco’s ancestors are likely rolling in their graves. XD
Or their paintings, rather. Should they find out. Lol

I’m not really sure what to make of Narcissa fey heritage. I’m sure you’ll expand upon that, so I won’t make any predictions there.

I will, however, make this prediction.
Osman Fudge was somehow involved in the Grangers murder.
Perhaps he was even the one to do it, though it seems unlikely since he is so young and they are not currently living in war times..
but here’s why I think he may be involved:
- Hermione got a particular pain in her head, unlike the flash back pain that she has had. Perhaps it had something to do with a particular memory charm?
- apparently Cornelius saved her life. Under what circumstances could he have been at the scene of the crime? Perhaps he was following his son?
- apparently Osman Fudge went to Durmstrang. Durmstrang is known for being far less modern when it comes to blood purity. Now, this does not necessarily mean that Osman thinks that way; after all, Viktor does not think that way, so it stands to reason that not all of the Durmstrang students think that way. But... it does make it more likely.

If I really let my imagination get away with me, maybe Osman is joining some blood purity cult and as part of initiation he has to kill some Muggles/mudblood parents, and Cornelius learns of this and stops him as it wouldn’t do for the minister’s son to be potentially caught murdering muggles.
But I don’t think you’re taking the story THERE.

But I definitely think Osman was involved in the Granger’s murders.

And I love ACOTAR. Sarah Maas is a great storyteller, and creates wonderful characters. Just gonna warn you though, in terms of great writing, she’s not the best; she over uses words/descriptions a lot, and sometimes tells and not shows. But she is phenomenal at developing relationships, and making them feel realistic. ACOTAR is definitely my favorite of her works. Throne of Glass is good too. Once you read ACOTAR, you should PM me so we can dissect it together!

Also, have you read The Mortal Instruments, or The Infernal Devices? Because, to me, Cassandra Clare is queen of the fantasy genre.

Wow lots of informal.. I’m wondering if Hermione yellow pain has something to do with Fudge? That would be bad. Will we find out more about faes? I can see how hard it is for Draco and his feelings. Now Hermione is thinking nothing can come because they are siblings.. can’t wait for more!

Well.. Darn it. Osman did it, didn't he? I can only imagine what the Malfoys would do to him.

I look forward for Hermione's (and Draco's) revenge to Theo. And applause for Luscius' revenge to Nott Sr, it was deliciously done. Theo should be humiliated in a similar manner, if not worse.

I love the progression of Draco and Hermione relationship as well as Lucius and Narcissa. The angst and fluffs are well-balanced, I think. Dramione slowburn is needed because these are broken children. They can't fall for each other in a snap. And you have written this so well. While the pity-party for Hermione seems to much sometimes, I accept it because no matter the trauma she has to face, she is and still a child. She is getting more and more Slytherin each chapter and she already create a new path for the Malfoys. I love this, thanks a lot!

I tried to look back where I saw this fic was recommended but it end up by me bookmarking another 20 fics to be read lol.. Sorry about that.
