i'm not sure if this is a proper review, but i love how you write and think this story is adorable!

so i came back to reading zelink fics bexause of the new botw game and Lynx you wonderful person and equally as beautiful ms CM thank you for this nice and short ride of a fic

im crying its so Linebeck!the man, the legend, the myth!i didnt even thought of him as the mysterious pilot but his reveal was so asksfjskksdjks i love Linebeck and zelink even more3eee. I love how you jumped from Link's isolated situation to the intense the plot became. how zelda refused to marry Byrne(seriously, who would do that to a anybody in love?thats just asking for a kick in the croutch)

Now im even more pumped to go back searching for zelink content after a long hiatus in you so much for this fic(i got too carrried away im sorry) -meibara34

This is my favorite crack in all the land. I've said it before - I don't really like AUs, but good god I love yours!

i really enjoy how you incorporated these small details from the original worlds.
like "dawn of the first day" or "the red lion" (i think there were others too in past chapters)
you made it blend in very smoothly, like it connects the modern to the orginal, wonderful.

this is even better than the first one! thank you for writing these, its a delight reading your stories!
you make the zelda characters blend in so naturally into a modern setting. and the plot is so trashy, but you made it so good...
your author notes are so authentic, they sum up everything i feel about your story :D

Thank you so much for writing these! Seeing this story posted made my week and I loved every bit of it! I know you guys keep saying what you're writing is ridiculous and not serious, but these stories are amazing and keep me on the edge of my seat - tropes or not! I love the way you weave familiar characters into the story and give them their own unique (and fitting) personalities. I find myself coming back to read A Princess for Midwinter again and again, as well as your and CM's other stories (Grief, Throne of Nothing, Wind, Into the Woods, One Last Year, Chasing Moonlight). They are all incredibly well written with engaging characters, and they make me smile when I'm feeling down. We are incredibly lucky to have writers like you and CM sharing your stories with the world!

After finding out that I couldn't read the last chapter for some reason, I went out of my way to find a way to read it. And I was not disappointed in the slightest, we can only beg for more work like this.

Anyways, absolutely hilarious while still somehow being sweet all the same. Truly an impressive number of horrible tropes scattered all throughout. I'm almost ashamed that I'm amused and entertained, but I guess I'll suck it up.
On a more serious note, you two are some of my favorite Zelda fanfic writers and at least partially responsible for leading me down the dangerous path of writing my own story, which I should probably finish at some point. *Shameless plug if you wanted to read it, it'd make my day* Thanks for being an inspiration and always having something entertaining as hell to read.
