I just imagined Joanna as a werewolf and one of Dracula's minions already in Planetos. Is that too much?

Can't wait to see West and North as a friends instead of enemies and Lyanna as Werewolf

He could save Joanna by lets say sniffing out a slow acting poison or turn her into Werewolf marking her as his pup it would also save Tyrion's future

After reading the prologue and first chapter I can say I'm excited to see more of this story. I'm curious just what knowledge Lucian brought with him and how it will effect Westeros

Very good chapter. They way you wrapped in Hearthstone really works well, Martin may even approve. Don't quote me on that. Steffon Baratheon is every bit like his son's, but his appearance does concern me a bit. I originally thought we were much further in the ASOIAF timeline, but if he's here I assume the Defiance of Duskendale has not happened yet. That's going to be interesting with Lucian about. But it does concern me with the pairing you made. I mean yeah, it's common practice for medieval societies like this to marry off girls much younger than their counterpart should be, but it's still... ugh. ESPECIALLY (I capitalize for drama) because Lucian is freaking 400-years-old-however-you-put-him and Lyanna is nonexistent; I think. So I understand if you do, but I don't support the pairing. So I recommend to develop the character for Lucian, maybe change the pairing. Just a suggestion.

Aside from that, you're doing a great job guiding the story and showing where Lucian wants to be right now. He's got a clear goal, he's making those tiny steps and building his way up in Westeros. That Damascus steel bit truly shows that he's an able man who can be an incredible source of income, and no doubt as other greedy lords recognize that they're gonna want his secrets, putting him in a precarious situation and maybe, just maybe, making him realize how much of a situation he's in. Because while you make make his character astute to the situation, you don't clarify that he's prepared for what he's walking into, making me feel like he hasn't fully grasped what's happening around him. This is normal given he's completely new, but he doesn't show any recognition to the events throughout the story, which worries me for his development as a character internally. I hope the next chapter holds a lot more of that, and I'll see you then.
