Honestly, this has to be one of the most wholesome 5-year fic I've read in a long while.
While not usually a fan of Drarry fics, this one evolved organically and was not a "throw-in-your-face" romance.

If you wanna write a Draco x Harry story then choose a better premise for it. Draco Malfoy is the last person this Harry will pair with. You want an M/M story then do it right.

Glad that Harry isn't backing off in standing up for himself. It always bothered me that Hermione would decide something and just expect Harry to go along with it (no matter that it's Harry's life to begin with). So nice to see her being told off about her bossiness.

You had me intrigued by the summary of Harry not automatically forgiving people in this story, so I took a look. I wasn't expecting a gay-for-no-legitimate-reason Harry who's in a two-timing relationship for the sake of yet another same old Drarry pairing, all while this is a near-virtual copying of OoTP with some added dialogue.

The Daily Prophet sure got the news impossibly fast, but there's no chance in hell anyway that Harry's sexuality would make the front page of a major news publication based on just hearsay, unless they're ready to be sued for libel. And naturally only the mean old Slytherins are disapproving of gay classmates.

Your writing is good, but unfortunately the uninspired plot isn't cutting it.

Harry's date will be cut short.
