This is so fluffy! Ahhhhhhh! *heart eyes* I've read the classic trope of Inuyasha being cursed as a literal dog or puppy, but the aging down thing is definitely a first. I love how his mind was still active, making him that much more adorably grumpy in his predicament lol. Also, it was clever to have the curse wear off by him aging in a quicker span of time; it gives Inuyasha time to bond with Kagome without necessarily the fear of "running out of time," which is fitting for a fluffy fic like this. I loved poor Inu getting morning wood and running back to the past to get Miroku's advice lol XD Honestly, I love fics that explore that trope: Inuyasha gets horny over Kagome, fuck that's no good, uhhhhh QUICK! Time to get some advice from his lecherous bro! Lol, too good XDDD Very cute story, so glad I finally read it :D

I was meaning to comment on this story earlier, but I guess I will have to do it now.
I highly enjoyed this story, seeing Inu Yasha grow up from early childhood to adult again (and within such a short time) was quite original. Being given the chance of a second childhood with Kagome and her family as family, although on accident, must have been a stark contrast to how he grew up. Seeing him play with the other village children, Shippo and Sota was unusual, and I am glad Kagome was able to take pictures of it all, if anything else, I would love to see more on how Sango, Miroku and Kaede thought about the pictures from the future and learn what they thought and said.

However, it was probably the last half of the last chapter that was the most amusing of it all; beginning with Inu Yasha wondering why the bed felt so drafty and the humorus high-point where Kagome in her sleep told him to "ask nicely!" What happened next didn't exactly make me laugh any less either XD
Maybe Kagome should visit the young witch and ask if she could try to learn what went wrong and learn the spell herself, making both she and Inu Yasha turn young again together.
Anyway, it was a great story, so thank you for writing it

so not having them confess their ''love'' is culturally typical, especially in his time period. his actions from yura forward scream his feelings and kagome would realize that, even knowing that he felt more for her than for kikyou.
i love that he had a second chance to feel loved and accepted and protected as a kid (even if it was with an adult mind, he was still helpless and vulnerable and so it should have meant a great deal to him).

Oh this story was super cute! How Inuyasha got the chance to experience a good childhood with caring friends and family...what a pretty idea. I loved this story just the way it is, so don’t worry. It’s perfect and I wounded want it any other way. And especially the ending fitted the story. Saying „I love you“ at this end would have been rushed and I think it wasn’t necessary. We all know and got to see how much they already care for each other and their actions already screamed „I love you“. So saying it out loud wouldn’t have made it any better or more romantic as is already is. And maybe we’re going to see them saying it in a further sequel or epilogue... maybe...hopefully... Anyway, this was again an amazing story and I really enjoyed reading it. So thanks for sharing this!

Oh man I remember when I was 16-17 and I suddenly had fanatasies over my crash (and almost to any guy I potentially found as a suitable mate) and I thought I was a sex freak and would probably go to hell and was soooo confused since I had no one to talk to about it. My older sister, the most mature one, was far away. My brother is definitely like Miroku, he would never let me hear the end of it and my parents, especially my dad, is a big NOPE. He would freak if he found out I've been having thoughts about guys at night and/or before-during-after period stage. Hahaha
Nowadays, I use that as a sign that I'll be having my period sooner when I start to consider guys like my best friend(who just confessed to me) as a sex buddy. Good thing I have control.
