It’s really good I just think one of your main points, that Akira is stuck between the Uchiha clan and Yamanaka clan but not really fitting into either makes NO sense. Like she really shouldn’t have anything to do with the Uchiha honestly. It would make sense if she had one Yamanaka parent and one Uchiha parent but as is she’s 100% Yamanaka. I’m assuming she lived in the clan compound before her parents died so why would the guards act like they’ve never seen her and shun her for being adopted like that wasn’t the decision of their clan head (because as a Yamanaka it would have been the heads decision to basically disinherit her and allow her to be adopted by another clan)? Also, I know I mentioned this before, but why would the Yamanaka let the Uchiha take custody of one of their own? Especially if she is a prodigy? I just don’t think Jun being the last patient of Akira’s mother is enough to get past all the political red tape there would be to adopt her. We didn’t see Inoichi in this chapter but his wife didn’t seem to harbor any ill will towards Akira or vice versa Akira towards her. Basically, I just think it would be borderline impossible for a clan member to just be adopted outside of the clan like Akira was, when she has so many other clan members and when her clan in question are the Yamanaka ie not a cold hearted clan that doesn’t give a shit about their people. Anyway other than that one glaring point, this is well written and a pretty good read
