This is an amazing story.

This was a nice well rounded chapter. The camaraderie between Severus and Minerva is amusing to read. Damn Reta better not complicate matters. And yes, Severus is on route to being the one person he thought that he wouldn’t be :) . Plus he definitely understands her, heck they share similarities demonstrated by how they don’t like people. He’ll definitely be a great guardian for Haley.

Love the way this chapter wrapped up. Very haunting story, and so very much worth the wait.

This river than me. I am legally blind and how you were able to get into her mind was amazing. I’m not quite sure if you were also legally blind or visually impaired or fully blind. Her story really got to me because I saw some aspects of my own issues that I’ve had to deal with. Please write soon!

Poor Haley! I've read the entirety of what you've posted so far in one go, and it's absolutely amazing! Not to mention, really heartbreaking and a real tear-jerker. :D

I'm seeing so many parallels between Harry and Haley. Being orphaned, sent to relatives, abused. Harry does seem to be dealing with things much better than Haley though.

Snape... I have a bit of a soft spot for redeeming Snape as well and I especially like how you've managed to make him not too OOC. You really bring out his soft and caring side so nicely.

A question: If Lucius was sent to Azkaban, then wouldn't that change Draco? If so, are we going to see more of him?

This story is incredible, it really makes you think about how inaccessible hogwarts is.

Reading what Haley’s had to go through was so heart breaking, it’s a relief to know that she’ll never have to go back to her relatives ever again.
Snape does care, he cares a lot. He’d have to be out of his mind not to seriously consider being her guardian. Reading Albus reaffirming this will be amusing for me to read if you do choose to write their conversation about it. Although I suppose Amelia could be the magical guardian too.
It’ll also be interested to see how Draco deals with his part in Haley’s life, especially given the role his father has played in making her the way that she is.

Hi, just started reading this today up to this point in the story.
I like Snape in this, striving for equal opportunity and not mollycoddling.
I’m definitely going to continue reading this, I’m interested to read an interpretation of how a blind student is accommodated at Hogwarts especially where the student isn’t a super powerful child. I’m blind too so this is a pretty nice story to read :)

I'm wiping tears away as I type this. That chapter was so much more intense than I imagined when we discussed it a while ago. Brilliant!
