I'm going to take a shot in the dark and say that The Glass Queen is Neo since her semblance causes a glass shattering effect, The Business Man is either Jacques Schnee or Roman, if Roman is the Business Man then the Widow would be Weiss' mom..whose canon name we don't know. The Beast is either Adam, Sienna or Blake..POSSIBLY Ghira. The only one I know for sure would be Glass Queen being Neo.

Interesting, curious to see more. I bet on Glass Queen being Willow or Cinder, while the Beast could be Lionheart or Tyrian, probably the latter. Best of luck with all of your works, i can't really wait to see for your next battles.
