This story is fantastic. I love how Arthur and Merlin's relationship has progressed and now Arthur is so protective of Merlin!
I really enjoy the bits where the older Merlin and Arthur dynamic shows up between the boys. Maybe you could add a small part where Arthur finds out that Gaius is Merlin's uncle? That could be pretty funny.

I just found your story. I am enjoying it so far. I love the plot and the idea behind it, and I really love the depictions of the characters. Poor Merlin and Arthur, and then Arthur has his own prejudice against Merlin because he's got magic. I can't wait to continue reading the next chapter.
