This wasn't bad for a first chapter, but I would definitely recommend working on improving the dialogue between characters.

Also, while I personally don't mind too much that you skipped over Dragon Ball, I do think you could have done a somewhat better job of getting us caught up on everything that's happened so far.

With all of that said, I look forward to the next chapter.

I love the great potential and I can't wait for more.
Great choices for the harem and I really like that kurama gets some love.
The choice for krillin is really great too, I always thought they made a pretty good pair but I think in the end she just wasn't strong and thus lost relevance.
Will piccolo deposit an egg inside his wife? Like how does that work given his people's reproduction?
It will be great to see naruto use some elemental attacks since they are rare and mostly magic.
I do feel that the dialogue between characters was a bit stiff and could be used more fluidly to make the chapters better but I currently don't have time to give examples
