God, I love this, and as someone who's lived your work since 2016, how great to see this :)

This is beautiful, well thought through, and gets one to think. I always struggle with Dumbledore and his motives, his sending Severus to Voldemort again and again... so I try and see it from other authors' points of view, maybe someday I feel like I can really understand him. At least it's getting better - I don't like thinking in black and white! Thank you for this little story!

Brilliant. So emotional and very entertaining.
I agree... Dumbledore told a lot of lies... but that didn't mean he didn't care or didn't wish things were different.
Over the years Severus did grow in character... maturity and experience will do that for a person... and he deserved much more than the ending he was dealt despite his flaws, early mistakes and choices.
An awful situation both of these men found themselves in... sad.
