Nice start. I always thought that Laurel and Sara loved Ollie in different ways. They both wanted him to reach his 'full potential', be a great man.

But Laurel seemed to always have the route mapped for him and the end destination all figured out as if she didn't trust him to do it right.

Sara, on the other hand, seemed to trust Oliver to make the best choices for him and that he would be great man in his own way.

But I'm biased, if I had to list the women I would like Oliver to be with, first would be Sara, then Nyssa, Helena, Kaitlin Frost, Black Siren, then any other woman on the planet, then Laurel, and finally Felicity.

Good story. Yeah, I guess sometimes it's necessary to be a bit harsh to help someone hit bottom. Laurel needed a talk like this to help her break free of her addictions and patterns of blaming others.
