oh. I dont know how to delete comments, but the wording of how the perks were. "upon choosing this perk" made me think he didnt take. my last comment is pretty invalid because of it. Dont really want anyone to hate on the story over a dumb reader comment.

seems like arcane refinery could use a buff. he just gave up having 100% more mana to reduce spell costs by 20%, doesnt seem like a good trade.
