Noble Phantasms without History or Legend? That could be problematic... while a majority of Shirou's armoury would be fine if underpowered, any Conceptual Effects would next to useless since they get their power from their Legend more than others. Rho Aias, still a great shield, still really powerful, but its property of 'Ultimate Defence Against Thrown Weapons' would be barely there, since Shirou is only one supplying that Legend with Belief.

Oh my! Please continue! Its awesome that we get to see a unique shirou. The amalgamation of ALL emiya's as he us the true heroic spirit freed from alya.
(My personal headcanon; alya is the will of humanity, and at some point women had a higher percentage in the population than men, so alya acts like a woman to reflect this. She wants EMIYA because of his unique seduction skill rank EX (or ero game protagonist skills) capable of affecting even gods like her. And in an act of yandere-ness she punishes shirou because of how his counterparts always fall for rin sakura saber ect. She's totally going to get 'her' man back, even if she has to kill humanity and break his spirit. In alya's mind shirou belongs to her, her to love, her to destroy if anyone tries to take him).
Anyways, seriously good job! Cant wait till we start the more action like fighting beasts or evil knights or the elves (fuck everything after that arc. The devil part really turned me off to BC. I like everything before, how asta WORKS with his teammates to overcome battles, how they forge bonds with each other, gods, the devil bit was bad. Real bad, and worse kinda undermines the elve's role in the story as the tragic antagonists. Sucks)

This is the first black clover fanfiction I tried reading and frankly I am disappointed.

I don't understand what kind of style you are trying to copy but please stop. Its not working and frankly its really annoying. Take the 2nd chapter as an example, you waste the first couple of paragraphs telling us nothing and repeating things like a broken record.
