Was she really plotting to kill Luke, or is His Royal Wrinkliness twisting reality to manipulate Vader? But what would his end goal be then if he is lying about it? I might just be overthinking this lol. XD

I love this story with the sort of teenage-rebelliousness taken a step farther, and Luke in an impossible situation. It’s not finished though is it? There are so many loose ends still and I’d love to know how it will turn out.

Poor senator Hyadum...only if she knew Luke was working for the Rebellion...guess Luke would be distressed to hear this.

Great chapter. Han, and Vader's Pride and obstinate ignorance, the artwork and the Emperor's miscalculation... excellent work!

And the game begins! I could really feel the noose begging to tighten around Luke's neck. I love the back and forth between Luke and the Emperor, and how Luke refuses to be manipulated. Palpatine makes me nauseous, and your interpretation of him makes my skin crawl with a mix of horror and revulsion. As an artist and a lover of art history, Palpatine showing off his "collection" of fine art filled me with unholy rage. I don't know of this was intentional, but it reminds me a lot of H*tler and how he had entire GALLERIES full of stolen paintings. Yikes. Vader's pov was a journey for me. While I by no means want him to figure out who Angel really is, I'm weirdly amazed at his ability to nope reality hard enough to see the truth that's right under his nose. It's oddly frustrating, lmao.

I love the way ‘Sparks’ is incorporated throughout the story. The whole theme is interesting to read as well. Looking forward to more. Take care.

Very fun chapter! Really enjoyed Luke doing his thing. I wondered THE MOMENT the tooka brushed Luke's arm and left hair on it if Vader, or maybe someone else was going to find it... I don't know if I hope I'm right, or hope I'm wrong.

Loved Luke and Leia's sibling moment, very sweet, I hope we get more of Leia taking care of her brother! X) And I can't wait to see how Luke handles getting thrown head-first into his new role!
