I think it's pretty obvious on what Bakugo's problem really is: he's an absolute coward plain and simple. He's afraid of anything that could look better than him so he hides behind anger.

Overall a good story and look forward to seeing it be continued!

I figured the quirk would cause anger issues but it doesn't, so this isnt hulk as a quirk just a green all might

Rocket feels like it doesn't fit with the rest of the quirks. It feels like a bad way to just give him the ability to fly. kinetic blaster looks like its pointless as if he punches or claps hard enough with plane old OFA or even hulk form he makes sound/air waves. personel temp just sounds like it should be always active in either form and just run passively unless directed.

It's a great story so far and I enjoyed reading what you have posted but grammar in parts need work. the quirks need to be a little bit better thought out as it feels like the were just thrown the to be extra things. the characters are ok at times but feel a little off every now and then. I'm willing to talk more about this and other things if you want just PM me.

Here's my suggestion how about you make sure Izuku didn't go OP from the beginning make sure it was slow and steady.

There's a theory that the electricity that circles deku when in full Cowling is one of the previous users Quirk.

So electrify a quirk that covers the users body in the electricity.

There's another theory that previous user has a shape-shifting Quirk thanks to all might gaming 500 pounds odd of mass when activated.

So size control a quirk able to control the size of one's body but not it's mass That Remains constant no matter how big or small the user changes e.g start at 6 foot 100 pounds grow to the size of mountain but still weigh 100 pounds or shrink to size of an ant by the still weigh 100 pounds.

My own choice flight just cause a flying Hulk would be interesting to see.

Cool job here, and yeah, it seems Izuku still needs to train a bit more.
