Reviews for My Hero Academia: Voyage Through Time
fencer29 chapter 21 . 10/24/2019
I would recommend starting anew. The more you build upon previous stories the more likely you are to end up incorporating characters and events which only in prior stories, and therefore would only be known to those who have read those stories. When you start an entirely new story, even if it is set in the same base universe, it allows you to reset to the same canon with which any readers should already be familiar.

But then what do I know...

Hopefully Kim at least had the sense to take that money that Tim got for his car before handing him over to Aizawa. However given the amount of thought she appears to have put into things so far, I have my doubts.
fencer29 chapter 18 . 10/6/2019
These attempts to cause problems for the UA students are really starting to look downright amateurish. It is difficult to discredit someone through impersonation when a) people are aware that someone with a shape-shifting quirk may be seeking to cause trouble (and being absent from school since the first incident makes Kim highly suspect), and b) their supposed victim may have an airtight alibi for the time in question (even if they saw Midoriya leave UA, they don't know where he was going or how long he would be gone - and very few people would question the retired #1 hero's word if he were to say that Midoriya was with him at same time he was supposedly committing a crime miles away).
BIG BadJ chapter 18 . 10/6/2019
Uh-oh looks like midoriya going to be in that sort of situation I can’t wait to see more later

Iida: "We must destroy these Stones of Time immediately."
Aizawa: "Yes, that would be appropriate."

Ten minutes later, those stones still have yet to be destroyed. No wonder these people keep having these problems.
fencer29 chapter 12 . 9/25/2019
That's the problem with time travelers - you can never be certain you've seen the last of them.
BIG BadJ chapter 12 . 9/25/2019
Oh man there’s more I can’t wait

Well, there is the chance that All-Might does not recognize Aizawa's name, but if All-Might is under the belief that the 7 of them come from a different time, he can just assume that whoever Aizawa is must be a teacher there in the future, and not think too much of it.

In addition, just because All-Might recently started teaching there, does not mean that he doesn't know who the current Class of 1-A students are, given that they are shown each year during the U.A. Sports Festival. With that logic, he may have been able to recognize Aizawa's name, and furthermore assumed that he would become a teacher in the future.

And thank you for the help regarding the other questions I had. I've been absent from the FanFiction community for a few years and it helps me immensely to know that. Best wishes!
fencer29 chapter 9 . 9/22/2019
Would All Might even recognize UA's (then) current class 1-A students? He only started teaching there with the current class 1-A, and ten years prior to that he was still years from the encounter with All-For-One that left him gravely injured and forcing him to recognize that he would have to start looking for a successor (something which, based on Nezu's remarks, he continued to put off for several more years). In fact if was ten years in the past then would he even recognize Aizawa's name? He would have only graduated a year or two earlier, and presumably was still making a name for himself (or maybe in his case, trying to avoid making a name for himself) as an underground hero.

In response to you questions in your Author's Notes, while I personally favor this site, it's mainly because I (as a reader) find the user interface easier to navigate, and that may simply be a matter of familiarity. Many authors seem to find AO3 easier to deal with, and argue that their policies are less restrictive.

That being said (and bear in mind that this is based solely on my personal observations, and does not reflect any official policy), a lot seems to be permitted on this site so long as it is properly rated. While I have seen a few instances where an author's account was deleted, in most cases they set themselves up for trouble by improperly rating their stories. Only once have I seen an author who used Mature ratings for his stories removed. Presumably there were policy violations involved, but not being involved with the decision making process it is difficult to be certain.

I was wondering who was this person who had taken Kaminari's place - he was obviously too smart to be the real Denki Kaminari. Then Jiro pointed out that his jacket was on fire, and balance was restored to the universe (if not the time-space continuum).
BIG BadJ chapter 8 . 9/19/2019
Thank you so much for the review don’t worry I’ll keep writing more
BIG BadJ chapter 7 . 9/18/2019
Man what a scumbagman what a scumbag
fencer29 chapter 5 . 9/17/2019
That seems too easy. During their briefing Aizawa said it was believed that Time Traveler had taken iida hostage, but this sounds less like a hostage situation and more like a case of someone (Iida) simply wandering through a portal into the past (at which point he chose to act on emotion rather than rational thought - the sort of thing which he occasionally does, then afterward berates himself for his lack of judgement). But why would Time Traveler go to such lengths without a predetermined goal (and hopefully a plan to achieve that, such as as series of planted clued which would lead his victim into doing what he wants them to do). It seems there must be more to this.
fencer29 chapter 4 . 9/16/2019
If Kirishima remembers that (and he probably will), then Bakugo's life will be hell when he returns to his present.
