Thanks for the chapter, it's very educating story for isekai-ed person in TROTSH (the rise of the shield hero).

Can I suggest to add auto looting, and loot corection with loot category as part of systems with the naofumi theory of system upgrade as in whatever you (as hero) belive to get stronger is applyable for the system to use or as part of daily magic in the chapter of creating random sylable magic to use magic or as part of abillity after absorbing monster part and/or achiving many type or form of bow.

Loot corection
Processing the loot the user got after killing the enemy to meet the reqirement of opening complete form of bow. Ex: killing red ballon variant parts opening red ballon bow (01/10) but with loot correction the ballon series will be open equally by percentage except the main red ballon part will incease slightly than normal.

Loot category
Processing the loot the user got after killing the enemy by categorized the loot the user got into absorbable, raw material, and useable loot in the inventory or backpack.

You DO realize that Raphtalia's village, which was THE demi-human district BTW, was destroyed, undefended, and enslaved precisely because they were demi-humans ? That was a calculated move from our dear king and church.
Only one demi human was spared from that, because she was conveniently away. AND she is stupidly special.
It's even one of the reasons why Raphtalia prefer to stay a slave: it's not just loyalty, as a slave she have protection and rights, if she wasn't one she could easily be taken and rebranded.
For the weapons, I can see your logic, it's still wrong but I said my piece already, you did, others did.

Don't get me wrong, you working for months for one chapter is commendable as hell, what isn't is you being defensive and entitled over it. Don't expected to be blindly praised and not have people seeing holes in your logic or the logic of your story.
For all it worth I didn't mean to sound like an ass but well...

In hindsight, I wonder why no one thought to try something similar with those crystal balls. I mean it sounds like the church had quite a few for magic, but other skills? Still, if the crystal balls can be used to archive skills beyond magic, then imagine some one making a library of crystal balls that people can use in case some one can't teach their skills to the next generation.

Perhaps an even better idea would be to see if a crystal ball can be used to record the skills of multiple people from a particular profession. Fortunately, the crystal ball would probably record just the skills so no one would need to worry about any sort of undistilled mess of collective knowledge. It is unfortunate that a certain game hadn't done something similar with its job system since the crystal spheres had already demonstrated the ability to record the thoughts and memories of multiple people with just one sphere.

Well it's good to know that even an experience protagonist can still make mistakes, and rally his determination to go down fighting. Gotta wonder how many times he's died like that, though.

over all a good chapter, I do think the slave dealer was too willing to just remove the slave curse as Nick just basically stole the slave (He wasn't Rifana's master)(he basically found a dog with a collar and keep it) (In cannon one needs the blood of the master to break the seal)
