I was under the impression that there is no actual prom in Japan, and the closest equivalent would be the school festival’s bonfire dance.

I'm thinking canon will probably go that way with Yui being prom date, assuming 2nd years can go to the prom. Can't imagine a time skip to 3rd year for vol 14.

The cliffhangers are getting me lol, but it’s still good regardless of the length. Keep at it.

Oh, I like how grim everyone is. Good touch having Hayama talk by the vending machine again like in the novel, but now of not being happy with what he sees.

I hope Hachiman in canon is at least that sad and unhappy with himself. He could have done the right thing when he arrived at school at the start of Vol 13, but instead he reverted and went back to square one. I'd be interested if your story can have him salvaging something he wants.
