Seriously? She going to punish Harry here? I get that the word is not again school rules, I mean writing every single word that is punishable would be idiocy (oh wait, I just remembered Flinch's list) but there shoild br a rule against attacking other students and this is a verbal attack (on the other hand if the rules are set by the Board I doubt it, it does strike me as a prestigious position for people who have some position in the wizarding world - meaning almost exclusively Purebloods). Plus there were so many examples of people giving or taking points for completely riddiculous things so it's not like this would anything new. I think McGonnagal does it for the same reason Harry spoke up - to make sure anothwr war won't happen. If we will ignore them and their prejudice everything will be fine, Voldemort is dead for real this time. I think it may be the case of taking an insult and making it into a name - I wouldn't be surprised if someone called them that as an insult.
