To begin with, your story is good, better than most of other trash stories in this site.

I personally don't care about oc arc, but most of the times oc ruin the story and the mood of the setting. My only request to you regarding the OC is handle it well. Moving on to Yoshino and Shido, why the hell did she develop feeling for him outta nowhere? Emi was the one who took care of her, helped her and rescued her. Not Shidou. It's like you're trying to forcefully insert cannon into the story without any precedence other than that it is cannon. The jump of Shido's status from a friend to hero also bothered me. He didn't do anything remotely heroic for her, so why the sudden change? Emi should be the one who did heroic things for her. So shouldn't she be the one in his place? He seemed like a third wheel in their date as well as relationship. If you wanted him to be what he was in cannon, you shouldn't have changed their interactions from cannon, which will retroactivally lead to the problem of change coming with another character inserted into the verse. Jump of logic to give cannon a place in the story really. Don't force yourself to remain true to cannon. Apart from the rules of the verse, following cannon syory too closely isn't all that great, that's my opinion. With the amount of change Emi has brought with her, the story should've been derailed a long time ago.

Now moving on to her power set, Emi would be op when handled correctly. Most of her cannon problems are caused due to her not having enough magic energy to use those abilities. Archer can project Excalibur even, but doing so will kill him due to the huge mana requirement. Archer's outfit being her astral dress seemed a bit off to me. Like how the hell did she have it even. It may be a false astral dress, with the dress of heaven being her true one, but that's just my theory.

Apart from a few grammar mistakes here and there, the writing is good. Character interactions aren't exactly spot on but are near by tho. Regarding Emi's inverse form, remember that she wasn't an ordinary person (heavily distorted personality), so even when inversed, few of her quality will still remain same. Also Emi shouldn't go inverse as easily as other spirits, reason for it being her nature again.

In this case, Yoshino should have been conquered by Emi rather than Shidou, after all you wrote him as the third wheel in their 'date', one that already had a significant other

There was not enough focus on Shidou's actions to make Y fall for Shidou

Let me guess, Emi's Angel is a downgraded version of the Holy Grail, and its Inverse Form is the Tainted Grail...?

So Emi's inverse morals would like EMIYA Alter from Fate Grand Order. He has no morals to speak of.

Wmi thinks she is close range only? Well I hope she finds Archer's Bow. Super-Sonic Explosive Arrows are fun.
